Jessica's Birthday Fire Cake
We did a remake of Cafe Rio for Jessica's birthday Sunday night. Maddi got the recipe from a site she follows. We made everything from scratch. I kept asking my neighbor for missing ingredients. Thanks Maddi! It was yummy. The boys all had it again in the morning. What a nice excuse.

That dinner was soo good! I really appreciated all the work you went to to make it for me, especially at such a busy time!
