We labored on Labor Day

Today we packed up and drove the truck down to Orem. Phil and Uncle Joe cut down the 8 trees in front of the Orem house. Meanwhile, back at the farm, the boys and I weeded. Even Shelly came down and weeded. She is always happy to help. Then we helped grandpa and grandma get their washer and dryer into the garage...then off the Beckies to help her with some mowing. It was fun to see 3 of Beckies children with their families. Tomorrow is the big day for Rachel and Bruno. Dad is sleeping on the porch swing as he waits for Bob to come home from the Bee's game. A neighbor invited him to go with their family.
